working thru injury
For several months now I have had a pain in my right shoulder when I workout my chest or shoulders. It doesn't bother me anyother time. Some have told me to just work thru it and others told me that if its painfull, I need avoid it. I have given it rest 2months with no shoulder or chest, but its still kills me. No, I have not seen a doctor (have on ins). Does anyone have any advice.

SEE A DOCTOR. our bodies have pain receptors for one thing. to tell us when something is wrong. it should worry you that its been two months and its still there. A possible injury like that is no joke do the smart thing and get it checked before it gets any worse.

I have pain in my shoulders when I work chest or shoulders...I have a slightly different pain in my right shoulder on biceps day. These come from a myriad of problems. The only way to properly diagnose and correct the problem is to go to the doc...it will not get better on its own...trust me.

Have you tried switching to DB's?
