    why cardio durring bulking?

why is it necessary to do moderate cardio durring bulking? Its not like your gonna burn fat anyway. Need some help understanding that concept.

if it is so necessary how much is a good amount(3 times a week 20 min after workout?)

That’s why I do cardio,,, to increase my stamina so I get better lifts. I alternate between riding my bike (for about an hour) and Stairmaster (40 minutes) every other day.

So when you guys do cardio during a bulk (A.M. on empty stomach for instance) do you utlize a pro/fat meal afterwards to burn fat? Or do you just go ahead and eat carbs afterwards? I wouldn't see any reason why you couldn't burn fat from cardio on a bulk if you utilized a pro/fat meal afterwards.

    cardio

i dunno guys i was just worried that cardio would eat away at those precious calories needed to put on size thats my main concern, 45-1hr sounds a little steep every other day i was thinking more of a 20 min moderate walk or bicycle after a workout. Unless im wrong.

    Beer,

I would just walk first thing in the AM if it were me bro. Walking before you eat will help burn your fat stores down some. So, if your calories are up and your protein intake is up you should still put on quality size during your bulk phase.

Ya gotta eat like a MOFO and train like a Mad Dog to get what ya want brutha.

    Good Luck, MJ

Beer, i posted the same question a couple of weeks ago and got the same response. reason why i posted is that its a b@#$* for me to gain any quality mass even when im bulking so i thought i'd lay off the cardio. im gaining more now without the cardio but naturally more fat around the gutt. Im willing to pay for this when i go on to my cutting cycle. i may have to cut a bit longer tho. I still have 2 months to bulk and i thinki'l start doing cardio next week.
