    Fav. exercise

    Have yet to see this one on here....What is you favorite exercise and why..and a what the hell what is you least favorite and of course why???


    I guess i will go first..my favorite has to be squats...love the jello feeling and you can really tell that these mothers work.

    Least favorite....has to be any type of hyperextensions for the lower back..just feels like i am going to blow a disk..but you have to do them..nothing beats that xmas tree.

    My fav one is bench press because i like the pump i get..And the worst for me is squats because what ever i do i cant make my legs grow..but iam very strong at squats.

    Favorite is definately SQUATS!

    Least favorite is got to be Bi-cep's they won't grow no matter what!

    My favorite exercise is sumo deadlifts. At least they were until I tweaked my lower back

    my favorite exercise is clean and jerks because i have worked it so much that it has surpassed my bench.

    least favorite is curls.They just hurt in all the wrong ways, and my arms are still measly.(16in)

    favorite would have to be heavy barbell rows or any other heavy back exercise. my least favorite is definaltey hack squats. those hurt my knees sooo bad!

    My favorite exercise is squats and bench press being a close second. I love doing legs and chest. My least favorite has to be abs. I do them, but I don't enjoy them.

    My least favorite is squats. i have weak ankles and my knees sound like a creeky old wood floor . Recently my legs have bin feeling good tho and im starting to enjoy it a little more.
    My favorite believe it or not is dumbell curls . They really work for me .

    Incline hammer strength . I know its lame, but i work out solo, so thats the only way i can bench past the 400 mark. Its only able to hold 450 though. Ah screw it, i love them all!

    my fave has gotta be the incline dumbell press...love the pump my chest gets.

    I hate anything legs. prolly why I am playing catch up now

    I also love to do deads, but I'm seriously afraid as i increase my weight one of these days my back is just going to explode...



    Hate abs. . .they are definately there, i can see them, and when i cut down and get nasty for spring/summer, all them ab exercises is going to be worth it.

    Hmmm...

    I guess flat bench would be my fav, although shrugz are creaping up close behind. They are soo fun to do, and with heavy weights, u hear the plates clanging together. Oooow yeah!!!

    Least fav, would probably be back/shoulders. Always seems like a bad group to work, and boring (although the second I start, I get back into the groove)

    I am all about triceps. I love it when you cant touch your shoulders ( nothing new for you big guys). Least would have to be calves. I always tend to cramp easily.

    My fav: Easy, deadlifts, it strains and pushes more muscles in the body than any other exercise and it helps to get the thickness you need to get bigger.

    Least fav: Easy again, I hate cardio. Plain and simple I am bored by it. I need some kind of stimulation while I am doing it, and thank God I have found a gym that has the machines turned so you can see the rest of the gym and find some "interesting" things to look at

    squats or power cleans, i get a lot of attension when i do it, squatting 500 for reps is a ruch and cleaning 240 is all the reason i need to say those are my fav. exercises

    Fav: Flat bench dumbells....get a wicked pump off those. Standing olympic barbell curls, and standing calf raises

    Least Fav: Hack squats...its weird, at this time last year, they would have been my absolute fav, but since then (and a knee scope later) my weight on hacks has hit rock bottom and i just dont respond as well to them as I used to

    My favorite excersize is dips. I love that tricep pump I get.
    Least favorite is barbell bench press. It kills my shoulders. About 2 years ago I was benching and my shoulder dislocated. I hate bench.
