    Loosing Strength ?!?!

    I no longer have a work out partner due to him moving, so its kinda hard to lift heavy & get hella strong. I also just got off creatine to cleanse the system,unfortunatly lately I've been noticing that I think im loosing strength in my bench and incline dumbell exercises.I train chest on Mondays,Now I dont know if Im loosing strength because of the creatine, or because every other weekend Im Racin' Motocross, now that sort of exercise definatly fatigues my tris/chest. Any sugg?? Hop back on the creatine? Suggestions? Thanks Bros!!! and broettes'

    You need to change your training program. If you are not cycling the weights in a 5x5 program(or something similar), you are not going to optimize your strength potential.

    You could be on a program for months and get good gains, but then stop all together and even get weaker.

    About the creatine, I'm sure that part is mental.

    Increasing calories/protein will also help.

    Ya bro, I havent done the 5x5, Im going to research it.Mental, maybe,maybe not, I focus relatively hard, calories are up along with protein. Am I the only person that trains by himself ? (for now)

    Could be psychological bro. I always lift heavier when someone is around to save me from my heavy lifts. meaning im more confident to lift VERY HEAVY if their is someone around to spot me. I guess its got somthing to do with my confidence.
