    Help with workout

What is the best work out for bulking? I have heard about the one muscle a week thing. How does that work? My current work out is:day 1- Chest, triceps, day2- biceps, back, shoulders, day3- legs, abs. I repeat this and take sat and sun off. Any better suggestions.
    Thanks G

I used to have that exactly routine dude. I would do day one on Monday, day two on Wednesday, then back to day one on Friday, and kept doing that. Not only did I realize that it was too many groups in one day, but like everyone else also says, it's not enough healing time. I now only work one muscle group per week.

    My current routine is

    Day one: back/biceps
    Day two: shoulders, legs
    Day three: chest tri's

Workout abs on all three of those days. This works out perfectly to M/W/F however, you could make the time inbetween a little less. I take Sat/Sun off, but you might want to start the routine again on Sunday for example, depending on what is more comfortable for u.

If you do a search on "routine" or "workout" you might find some suggestions. There was a thread I had posted a while ago, and people were giving many different workout suggestions for me. I'll try and find it.

Here is the thread dude, there are a few examples of different routines you can try which people have tested before and say are good.

I change my routine up from time to time but my favorite and the one I usually do goes like this.

    Mon. Chest, Abs

    Tue. Back, Bis

    Thur Shoulder, Tris, Abs

    Fri. Legs

This gives your Tris plenty of time to rest in between workouts. Also change my ab routine to hit lower and upper abs

If you have time to work out 5-6 days a week try-

    chest
    back
    shoulders
    tri's or bi's or both
    legs
