Upper chest excercises hit that area like incline but to be honest the whole chest is worked out when doing anything on chest.Arnie was just great!

You can increase in size as much as you want(can), but the shape will never change, that was genetically pre-designed in all of us. That includes every muscle in our bodies.

I've never known an exercise that shapes the chest better than flyes. I alternate between flat and incline after my compound movement or I've even used the flye as a pec pre-exhaust before doing my flat bench or incline bench. Don't overstretch them and keep the pecs tight throughout the movement. Be creative and have fun verying the workouts.

Ain't nothing better than flys for the4 outter chest. That happens to be one of my more favorite excersises in the gym so I reckon that I hit it a little harder than useual.

I couldn't agree more dumbells, flys hurt like a biotch, but they hit the chest hard and work. Also you can do a variety, like incline flys, decline or flat bench. Even cable row flys work great for the inner chest.
also may want to try wide dips. They hit my outter chest like no other especially if I hang a weight off my belt.

Yeha thanks fellas. I just recently started doin wide dips with weight. I like em so far. DB flies have always been a staple in my routine. Peace, Doc.

All of above will help but you need a very good diet to strip the fat away....
