Just got back from the doc's office and I got a copy of my results from my blood work. The doc looked it over and said everything looked good but I was wondering if there was anything in particular I should look for in the numbers?

Get an endocrinologist doctor, your doctor is not a horimone doctor, My recent boodwork had HCG Estrogen, Test,. . . and I havd8 tests done at once, therefore 8 damn vials of blood, but oh well, anyway get that kind of doctor.Originally Posted by STRANGE
Low LDL and HDL, are you currently on any statins (for cholesterol)? You have a very healthy ratio, but maybe try to bump HDL higher (cardio, good fats - EFAs).
Also, since you are on orals, what are your liver inflammation indicators (AST and ALT)?
A test / IGF / Estrogen would be useful for pre-cycle comparison and while on-cycle should be good to tell you if what you are taking is working (though you won't be able to isolate each compound's contribution).
How far in? your bloodwork looks pretty damn good.

ALT - 18
What does that mean?
That was 9 weeks into my cycle.Originally Posted by Dude-Man
Also niacin is good for this. So good they make a prescription strength naicin solely for increasing HDL. The non flushing version will not work. Has to be true niacin.Originally Posted by goldenFloyd
that means your liver is not inflamed - good!Originally Posted by Chitown Raider
