test was 3465
on th bad side
HDL was 22. >40 is prefered. (doc predicted this)
estro was 94........but use blockers
everything else was normal.
anyway to assist the HDL????????
doc was no help.
doc explained how low HDL was terrible for blood vessels.

take a baby asprin ED. eat PLENTY of fiber. take 9k mg's of flak seed oil...this will help with triglycerides.
