Blood test scared the shit out of me!

First of all, hi

I cut down to the question, becouse I`m still freaking out...

I called my doctors place today to find out how my blood test was. the doc wasnt in , but the secreteary told me i had too much "TROMBOCYTTER" that`s what its called in norwegian anyway, its some kind of blood cells, i searced the web for it and found Trombocytose and when i read about that in wiki, it says it may be blood cancer, thats when i freaked out... wtf, can anyone tell me anything at all about this? becouse on wiki it also says it may just be tissue damage and infections that couse it, and i figured since i bodybuild, i break down alot of tissue, anyone else got this on their blood tests? all i need is some calming down intill i speak with the doc tomorrow

dude if it was really bad they wouldnt have told you over the phone . Were you asked to come in or are you just calling to talk to the doc when hes in ? Either way they should make you take a follow up test to be sure there was no mistakes with the first . then there will be other tests . i really wouldnt worry form one test

Talked to the doc today, he said it wasnt a big deal, and he also said i could start my cycle if i wanted to, so I guess I`m healthy enough damn yesterday scared me :P
