Big trouble guys! Need help!

Here it goes...

I am 21 years old.

I ran 250 test E for week 1-10
I ran winny for week 1-6
I ran 75 test P EOD week 8-12

PCT Nolva

I got my test levels tested 5 months after ended PCT and my test levels were at a satisfactory 793 (Normal is 200-750) so it was a little high even after 5 months!

Then just 2 months later.....I noticed the the center part of my nipples were kinda puffy and i noticed a tenderness in my right nipple!

This scared the shit out of me so I went and got my test levels tested again...and guess what...LOW AS HELL.

My test levels were at an unsatisfactory 179!!!!

Now I am scared/pissed and feelin like a f*ckin b*tch!

Does anybody know what is going to happen to me??
Has anyone every had this happen??
Will my test levels go back up??

My diet has been so good! ...and now I have no f*ckin motivation to do anything!

Please I hope someone can give me some advice or help me out...please..
