Please review my test profile results

I posted this in the wrong forum so hoping now in the right place someone can review and see if my test results are low or normal.........

    Hi

I have recieved results from BioHealth reagrding my hormonal profile. My test levels read 88.9 PG/ML with their range recomended 40.0-130.0 PG/ML. Does this look low?? Also my Total Cortisol to DHEA ratio is 16.1 which indicates a Pregnenolone steal apparantly!

Can anyone share any light on these readings?? I am 30 years of age

    Thanks

    Lew

your test levels are fine, right on midrange normal.

16.1 is very high cortisol pregn. steal, the low DHEA hasn't affected your test levels which is interesting. Normal should be around 4.1-6.1 so your right out of the range...

tell me are you being stressed lately?

In a word yes. Also the tests picked up I have very low melatonin levels, also stage 3 adrenal fatigue.

Internal stresses were picked up with nutrition, I have since been classed as a fast oxidiser from my metabolic typing and my MRT testing produced a number of foods I am allergic too, gluten, casien, most diary apart from eggs. I have now adjusted my nutrition accordingly.

The other interesting internal stressor is my misaligned TMJ which apparntly is having a big effect. My atlas Is also out, badly! Currently seeing a NUCCA specslist.

I will be starting a gut repair protocol treatment with certain natrual supplements, digestive enzymes ect.

I sound line a freak but feel healthy. I went for all these test because at 30 I just wanted a general check up. My friend is a CHEK practioner and has been recommending all these tests and assesments for ages but I have always given them a miss until now, amazing what you find out sometimes u wish u never knew!

I have all the exact readings from report is there anymore you would line or any further advice u can give? Thanks again

What test diagnosed you with stage 3 adrenal fatigue? was it a collection saliva test?

you obviously need to reduce your stress levels and get your allergies under control. Get your thyroid levels checked also to make sure they haven't been to badly affected by the high cortisol. Ask your doc about possible DHEA replacement also.

Yes saliva test. The idea is to treat the underlying issue with why my hormones are out which starts with allergies/gut repair. Then there is apparantly a protocol for me using specific hormone drops which should bring my ratios in check providing ther are no other internal issues. I will also check my thyroid, not sure if I had any tests but will check. It would make sense as I tend to hold bodyfat around lower abbs which from my research indicates food allergies/parasite infection and also I read on Charles poliquin website this is an indicator of hormone imbalances which in turn effect the function of the thryroid or words to this effect.

I'm away butvwhen u return I will post some of the other results from the tests as your help and advice is very much appreciated!
