Testosterone + Estradiol Levels Tested - Age 19 (need advice)

    Total - 471
Free - Not back from the lab yet
    Estradiol - 47

Nurse didn't tell me units, however they are mailing the results to me.

    Age - 19
    Height - 5'9"
    Weight - 182 - probably 15-18% body fat...

thoughts or interpretations of the results

I know by losing weight I will lower Estradiol and Raise Total Test but do you think it will be significant? Any advice is graetly appreciated

I've never cycled nor do I plan on cycling, just posting this because I figured you guys are knowledgeable on the topic.

I don't drink, nor do I take any medication. I was sick for a while about a month ago, and I got my blood work a week after pulling 4 all-nighters (finals week) if that affects it

    I also usually get 8 - 9 hours of sleep/night

check out the warrior diet man, there are alot of foods you could choose to help this. its not just about dieting, its also about foods and packaging that effect E levels. BTW if the E is for the range im thinking of your E is not grossly out of range, seems like an easy fix. also booze and pills hammer your HPTA, so stay away as much as possible.

Thanks for the links. I really appreciate it. I'm definitely going to look into them after I get a solid hour of studying in. And what scale? I was under the impression there were 2 scales, 50 - 200 and 10 - 55.

Do you think my testosterone levels are okay?

T levels could be MUCH better. i was thinking E on scale of up to like 45, can remember specifics, cause there are too many different ranges. make sure when you post results, you include the range of your specific test.
