testing for shows

I just started taking var10 and clen...I am looking into a show in aug and the website has these as banned steriods...They also say be ready for 5 yr polygraph and or urine test...first how long to get steriods out of my system...now the poly i get but a 5 yr urine test...i am thinking they meant a reg drug test..do they just do urine or blood? .i haven't even been on steriods for over a week but would hate to waste the bottles I have...so any advice would be appreciated....

don't worry var10 and clen are just over-hyped nutritional supplements... not steroids you have nothing to worry about
