Can elevated RBC and other things on blood work tip the dr off? This is a dr at my place of work and can't tell him the truth about aas. I know the basic drug panel cant detect aas use. Anybody have some experience with this? I'm a little worried.

Go give blood before your blood test that will lower your RBC. Just about every community has a walk in donation center
