    Question Teen blood test concern

DONT FLAME Im 18 and i never used steroids or any pro hormone. And not planning on using AAS or Ph anytime soon.
I want your comments on my hormone levels, i do have puffy nipples.
I was diagnosed with Gilbert's Syndrome recently, that's why my bilirubin is high 3.0 mg/dL
    Stats:
    Age: 18
    Height: 5' 7"
    Body weight: 145 lb
Lifting on and off for the past year and a half
Diet usually good, and sometimes eat fastfood, basically im not that fit atm
I dont drink or smoke. have taken Accutane in 2009 5 months under doc supervision and my acne stopped but i got many scars and hair loss.

    Lab results:
    Cortisol 15.3 mcg/dL
TSH 1.12 mIU/L ***is this too low?
    Testosterone Total 741 ng/dL
    Test Free 143.3 pg/mL
    DHT 46 ng/dL
    Estrogen total serum 102 pg/mL

Please add comments on my levels, i think estrogen is too high (possibly from UGT-1A1 UDP gene)
i wanna check my prolactin levels cause i seen to have mild ED (not good for someone my age =( )
I been feeling fatigue and low appetite. My doctor thinks everything is normal, i don't.

Man that accutane sucks...I got all stressed out on it and it deffinitly weakens your skin while on. But those scars will get better my man and as for the blood work I'm no expert but I'm hoping to get someone more knowledgable on here to fill us in. As for you feeling tired all the time and ed and all that. Its really good your not considering aas anytime soon cause that wouldn't help at all. keep bugging your doctor and don't be shy about getting a second opinion. Meanwhile do cardio, lift wieght but don't overtrain and focus on your diet and clean it right up it will make a huge difference with everything. Alot of this (and I know you don't want to hear this) might be in your head. Also are you taking caffiene all the time? might want to stay away from it totally...good luck bro

The TSH is normal; values between 0.4 and 3ish are perfectly normal, and anyway it's being on the higher side that's most commonly associated with hypothyroidism, a cause of fatigue. You don't want it off in either direction, but yours is perfectly normal. It wouldn't hurt to check prolactin, but that's just one of many factors related to ED. Interesting about the total estrogen being high due to the UGT1A1 gene...I wonder if you can lower estrogen like everyone else by decreasing body fat, which is one place testosterone gets converted into estrogen (do you know your body fat %)?

I think I might be around 16% bf. I was considering a lower dose AI and more cardio. Would swimming help, or running is just better.
