Blood work came back

Hey guys I ended my first cycle in January of 8wks test cyp 500 mg per week, needless to say I had so gyno symptoms after pct so I did letro (around June-July I took letro) for 4 weeks then taperd off with novladex. I got my blood work back for my annual physical , note I was taking novladex while the blood test was conducted . And my test levels were 1229 ng/DL. I didn't think nolva would raise my test so much . Is this normal ? I no nolva can raise test levels by 50%

If you take bloodwork while stuff is this in your blood it will skew results, rendering it useless.
