I went to the dr the other day and tried to give me a full hormone test but all he would give me is a total testosterone (290 ng/dL). I finished my pct at least 20 weeks ago. Is this number low? The dr said it was within ranges of 241 and 827. Should I b concerned? Btw I'll b 28 next month.

Take my opinion for what it is but this doctor sounds sketchy. A range of 241 - 827 is a pretty damn wide range.
Lets say, 241 ng/dL is a normal amount of testosterone for a man your age, then I find it hard to believe that almost 4 times that level is still considered, "normal". I would get a 2nd opinion.

Sounds like you didn't recover well from your cycle. What did your cycle consist of? What was your pct? Do you know your test levels pre-cycle?
