Bad Bloodwork (22M)

As a first step forward I went to get blood work done and here were my numbers:

FSH, Serum:---------------- 4.9 -------------Normal (1.5-12.4)
LH:------------------------- 6.2------------- Normal (1.7-8.6)
Testosterone, Serum: -------389------------- Normal (348-1197)
Estradiol: -------------------14.0-------------Normal (7.6-42.6)

This was rather shocking to me, especially considering my age, which is why I am posting. I am a relatively aggressive and high sex drive guy, at least in comparison to most of my buddies. Additionally the day I got tested I wasn't feeling 100% meaning I was a bit tired, stressed and not that horny. However my father, brother, and I don't naturally carry much muscle so maybe this test is correct.

I just started a cycle and did blood work prior to starting. 35m and my test was 342. Everything else about the same

UPDATE: I have been super sick for the past week, pretty much since I got tested. Meaning, I believe this is the cause of the low testosterone level my blood test showed. Secondarily I have since learned you are supposed to get tested in the morning, whereas mine was done at 3pm.
