Week 16 Blood Test concerns on HDL

I am sure this has been mentioned 100 times.

HDL came back 23 LDL 109
The Nurse gave me the look of get off the AAS.

So, I started taking 750mg Slow release Niacin and baby Aspirin every morning.

Any other suggestions? Fishoils? Coconut Oils? How long will it take to increase HDL back to normal levels 3 months?

Cycle was deca, Test e, HCG, Exemestane. 400mg/600mg (250x2 and 20mg ed)

I'd take the Niacin and aspirin at night. Fish oil is always good for so many reasons. Add in more cardio and keep your diet clean. Give it time.

My Hdl went from 18 to 34 in a month and a half while on cycle. CARDIO! 30-45 mins daily. Works like a charm sir.

Needs muh gains though
