Blood work in the UK?

I want to get my bloods sorted pre cycle and will get them done during and after.

My question is where can I get this done in the UK? I've heard of drug agencies doing it for free but can't seem to locate any. I assume going through the doctors is a bad idea..?

Go to your local needle exchange some will do your bloods or tell you the closest ones what will. There is one in Manchester called the pump clinic on Ancoats if you want good one.
