Blood Results Back, This is french to me. Help Please.
So here's a brief explanation and then blood work. Am I ready for my next cycle.
Blood Work Attached
Current 6'0 172lbs 9% body fat
Before cycle 157lbs 8% body fat
Forgot to add started first cycle little after my 22nd B-Day, Still 22.
So 1st cycle ran
500mg of Test C (1-12 Weeks)
20/20/30mg Dbol (1-3 weeks)
PCT Clomid 50mg ED (14-17 Weeks)
So to eliminate any your way to young or you haven't trained enough etc, here is my small back story.
I started lifting at 14 5'10 122lbs. Ended up at 6'0 189lbs at 8% body fat. Got in a horrible wreck broke my neck messed up my spine and some other things. Got back down to 133 lbs. at 6'0 after physical therapy for over a year was done. I lifted naturally for another 2 years got my diet perfect and started to put on muscle around my neck and other hurt places. got up to 157 at a low body fat and decided to start test and see if it made my pain when lifting any better. It made almost 90% of my during workout pain go away maybe its all in my head but even now 4 months off the cycle I have almost no pain in my neck, back or other hurt places. So I went from 157-175lbs and dropped 3 lbs. after 4 months off. My genetics are awesome and I could probably go back to lifting naturally and gain another 20 lbs. in a year or two but I am a realist, I had zero sides and it killed all my problems, I'm hooked.
Zero sides other than little acne that I controlled, no need for arimidex or anything else at the time. So my new cycle looks like this.
Test E 500mg a week (1-12 Weeks)
40mg Dbol (1-6 Weeks)
Arimidex .5mg(1-6 Weeks) .25mg(6-12 Weeks) ---- IS THIS GOOD??
Clomid 50mg (14-17 Weeks)
HCG 250IU x a week (4-12 Weeks)

what is the test supposed to show?! judging from the LH and FSH you have hurt yourself and probably never recovered! why didn't you check for testosterone ? and yea you're too young, and did cause damage to you endocrine system. within 5 years or so you'll be looking for TRT docs. good luck.

Second Page shows Test just not free test. What I'm gathering is with a raised Bilirubin and a High AST My liver is not functioning as good as it should but I am by far no expert. What would you suggest for me to do as you are an HRT Specialist.

On a side note, Two days prior to the test I had way way to much to drink which is very unusual for me I don't normally drink at all, and ran a military style PT test 2 miles etc. And that taxed me hard as I have done very little cardio in the last year. Would this hurt my levels?

okay now I see it and it is very low for your age. again this is the results of you cycling at a young age. not sure if you can recover, but my suggestion is do what you can to recover and stay away from AAS until you pass 25 and fully recovered. good luck.

Been doing a lot of research on people with similar cycles and post blood work. More than half have very similar Bilirubin and AST (some ALT) results as me, I still understand it is not good but why so many with similar results, and most commenters explained it would take at least 3 months after PCT to get these levels back perfect. It's been a little over 3 months for me. I'm lost, does anyone have scientific data or a similar instance that I can compare to. Trying to figure out what my best route is.

Your bilirubin is barely elevated and not cause for concern. Your AST/ALT ratio is elevated at a 2/1 ratio consistent with alcoholic damage. Your liver will repair with time. Clinically, statins for example, hepatotoxic medications are discontinued at 2-3x normal liver enzymes reference range. If you had hepatitis your liver enzymes would be in the thousands.
Most importantly- What is the length of time between finishing PCT & this blood work?
