I've had worse.
Just get some NAC and take ~2g daily.
And stop doing whatever is hurting your liver.

U got good advice from Bonaparte, regarding the levels, I wouldn't lose sleep over it, people test a lot higher than that. Don't ignore it stop doing what's causing it but elevation does not mean damage per say, but more something is aggregating your liver. Remove that something.
Well had an ultrasound done and told I have fatty liver and irritated kidney going to talk with doc again in a few days they didn't say how bad but he wants me back in to check my urine for the kidney issue, weird to have fatty liver never been overweight in my life had bw before cycle which was last july gonna ask for more bw especially lipids and hormone panel I am goin to come off everything and pct in hopes everything returns to normal im guessing this all stems from being on at least test 5-600 mg a wk for about 9 months. Used some others here and there tren/deca/tbol not for long periods tho. Anyone ever experience fatty liver and did u recover? Don't really drink either.
I highly rec NAC for liver. ar-r has it in pure form now with nothing else mixed in. great stuff for liver.
Ya I'm using the nac and liver health from gnc also I heard taurine can help too. But time for pct and give my body a rest for a while I guess.
Pct will be 1000 iu hcg eod for 3 weeks followed by 4-6 weeks clomid 150 100 100 50 25 25 also arimidex .5 eod with the hcg
I'm not aware of any studies showing taurine helping the liver. For NAC there are plenty
HCG should not be ran at those high dosages. Desensitization may occur as well as intratesticular aromatase. Dr. Crisler recommends never going above 350iu in any single injection and no more than 500iu per day. Since HCG is suppressive it shouldn't be ran as part of your PCT but instead it's to be used during the cycle (or TRT) and the period waiting for AAS clearance.
There's no need for clomid dosing to exceed 50mg and 25mg is an effective dose. 100mg has not been suwon to be any more effective than 50mg at anything besides increasing likelihood of side effects. Do 50/50/25/25 and if needed an extra week at 25mg daily. You'd also be wise to add nolva to your pct.
Thanks for the reply I really do respect any advice givin and take it into consideration but I've used lower doses before without any success so I'm tryin this pct protocol out, honestly nobody really knows what works and from what I've it's all about trial and error and you say high doses of hcg risk desensitation which may be true and I've read that and also read high doses are needed so who knows what to believe that's why after this pct I'm done messing with the stuff if I need hrt then so be it. To many unknowns in this game! Thanks again for the advice tho. Also I've been on high dose test for around 10 months so this is why I'm using high dose pct from bein shut down for so long we'll see how it goes.
High dose hcg and clomid are not needed as u say u can say the same for test or any other drug used.

But my ast/alt were both over 200.. and ferritin was 2000!!
I was planning to cut out booze (never been an issue when serious on a solid gym schedule)
I was hoping that I could get my three month bloodwork, after doing the same thing... going in hung over and hoping for a higher dose each time. (keeping in mind, only boozing it up the weekend before... for low results)
But phuck... if its going to scew everything up, not sure what to do.
I was hoping to get the cyp dose increased over the fall and spring, and run this box of orals Ive collected for 2 years next summer.... after working hard all winter getting up to speed.
I've got SD, EPI that I have never taken, because I wanted to be able to monitor blood after taking them.
Of course by the time I take the orals, I won't need the 'tricks' to shut down.
I guess I still have time to see how these 3 month monitors check out.
I don't know what to do now... I'm concerned about my levels, and don't want to 'trick' the labs.
I am hoping its all based on eating like shit, and boozing it up this past year.... and then boozing up extra hard for my first bloodwork to lower my test level.
Feel free to flame away... just offer some good advise as well... lol.
No booze for a month now. Third shot yesterday. Next blood work in five weeks.
Starting to feel libido about 3 days after 2nd shot, that's about it.
It just sux... trying not to 'trick' my labs since I want to make sure I can get my levels back to normal, may keep me from getting a higher dose.
PS... Sono was clean for all. but signs of fatty/coarse texture starting in liver.
