What blood test should I purchase to make sure my fat optimizing hormones are at their best. I am not really sure how to ask this question. You know I know there is several test to run, but which main ones are most responsible for fat. How can I make sure all my hormones or whatever in my body are running at their optimum for fat loss and muscle growth?
I have already done thyroid, testosterone, and estrogen blood work. What else outside of these?
