BW results = High LDL/Low HDL

Currently on

test e 750mg/wk
deca 600mg/wk
dbol 50mg/day

nolva 20mg/day
adex 0.25mg eod
hcg 500iu/wk

Blood work came back and my HDL/LDL levels were messed and my liver values were high.
I stopped the Dbol and just started taking NAC before the results came back but will probably take time.


Questions

1. How do i increase HDL and decrease LDL?
2. Can anyone explain my thyroid panel of why my T3 uptake is high and if that is normal on cycle?


AST - 106 *********** 0-40 IU/L
ALT - 52 ************ 0-44 IU/L

Cholesterol, total - 145 ************** 100-199 mg/dL
Triglycerides - 60 ******************* 0-149 mg/dL
HDL cholesterol - 16 **************** >39 mg/dL
VLDL cholesterol - 12 *************** 5-40 mg/dL
LDL cholesterol - 117 ***************0-99 mg/dL


TSH - 0.588 **************** 0.450-4.500 uIU/mL
Thyroxine (T4) - 4.8 ********* 4.5-12.0 ug/dL
T3 uptake - 47 ************* 24-39%
Free Thryoxine index - 2.3 **** 1.2-4.9

Take NAC from day one, NAC helped my liver values by quite a bit.

My cholesterol is bad too, if I can't get it straight after this cycle I'm going to delay my next cycle. I can't get the damn HDL to rise for anything.
Do you have caber or prami on hand? I ask because your T3 uptake is out of range

That's to be expected. But you can improve your lipids by doing cardio, and favoring monounsaturated fat over polyunsaturated and saturated fats.
