Help dangerous levels

So I've been getting puffy nipples and I feel like I might be getting a little lump on the side of my nipple so I decided to do labs since I'm running test and tren.

I just got my labs back and someone told me my estrogen levels are dangerously high and I need to be worried.

Platelets high 421
estrogen high 301
fsh low
lh low

3rd week. On 500 test e, 300 tren e, 400 masteron.
Been on ai and caber since day 1. Started with adex .5 e3d then switched to aromasin 12.5 eod. I guess I need a higher dose?

1. Why is my platelet high? Is this normal and what can I take to lower it?

2. Should I run letro? And how much for how long?

3. How should I run my estrogen management in the future knowing I'm sensitive to estrogen?
