Blood work right after 2nd pct or wait 3-4 weeks before getting tested?

I'm trying to figure out if I should get my blood work done now or 3-4 weeks after my second pct. So basically I just finished my second pct a few days ago and I want to get tested again and see if my test levels have improved. The last time I was tested was right after finishing my pct on a 26 week cycle. My total test levels were on the lower side of the chart (365). I'm 33 and was told I should be anywhere between 300-1200 I believe. I didn't run hcg during my first pct but I did before I started my second pct. For my second pct I basically did the power pct protocol which consisted of 2K iu's of hcg eod for 8 injections then after I did clomid at 100mg for 4 weeks and nolvadex at 20mg for 4 weeks.
