Low Testosterone Free!!

Hi there

Blood work came in....

I am on cycle right week 3 but the blood work here is before i started cycle
It came in and I am shocked

Testosterone, Total: 8.8 6.1-27.1 nmol/L
Testosterone, Free: 17.0 Flag L 30.8-147.3 pmol/L
Estradiol: 96 73-275 pmol/L
Ferritin: 104.7 24-336 ng/mL

everything else seems normal unless Iron is low

what you guys think?
I am nervous about my testosterone free

You need full BW to determine the root cause of the problem.
Have you cycled before and if so, when was it relative to this BW?

I have never cycled before this BW was before i started my first cycle before few weeks

Ok. I'd probably run a full thyroid panel if I were you. To include TSH, FT3, FT4, Antibodies and RT3. You're TSH is in range on that BW but it's an out dated range. Anything over 2 should be looked at if symptoms of hypothyroidism are present. Hypothyroidism can cause Hypogonadism. Throw in cortisol as well.
