    Mid Cycle Blood Test

These are the test I took prior to my current cycle, with results.

    -------------------------------------------Results-----------------Units--------------------Reference

    Testosterone ,Free and Total
    Testosterone, Serum 743 ng/dL 348-1197 SO
    Free Testosterone(Direct) 7.6 pg/mL 6.6-18.1 BN
    DHEA-Sulfate 71.2 ug/dL 48.9-344.2 SO
    Estradiol 34.5 pg/mL 7.6-42.6 SO
Prostate Specific Ag, Serum 1.5 ng/mL 0.0-4.0 SO
    Insulin -Like Growth Factor I 82 ng/mL 49-188 BN

I found a private lab that is local and they have a "Basic Male Hormone Optimization Panel" which consist of the followingi,
includes: Complete Blood Count (CBC) w/ Differential Comprehensive
Metabolic Profile (CMP) (includes eGFR) Cortisol, serum
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) Sulfate Estradiol Follicle-stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
    Insulin-Like Growth Factor I (IGF-I)
    Lipid Panel Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA)
Sex Hormone binding Globulin, Serum Testosterone, Free (Direct) With Total Testosterone,
    LC/MS-MS Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Free T4 Tri-iodothyronine (T3), Free, Serum.

Is this to many test for a mid cycle test, because it is not cheap. Should I just do what I did for pre cycle?
I am on week ten of a 20 week Test E only cycle.
    Any advice would be appreciated.
    Thank's in advance.

Thats too much for mid cycle, that would be good for 6 weeks after PCT.

Mid cycle you just want to check if everything is fine with your blood count (Complete Blood Count), liver (AST, ALT) and kidneys (creatinine and eGFR). Also if you want to check how is the gear working you can check the total testosterone .
EDIT: forgot to add that you need lipid profile too!
