    29 YO blood work-

Im just starting my journey here and luckily enough had pelvic floor syndrome a few months back and had all these tests taken. Wanted to get your thoughts, ideally I would like to do HGH by prescription but know that is unlikely...why you may ask? Bc I am prone to male pattern baldness and want to hold my hair, that simple. I currently take avodart (Dutesteride) 3x a week- Let me know what you think

    Some things I noticed:

T3 uptake elevated. How's your protein intake?
T4 Free slightly above range. No worries. Keep an eye on it in future tests. If it rises and TSH drops it's an indicator of possible hyperthyroidism.
Great Vit D level! Don't push it any higher as it fat soluble and can be toxic over time. What's your current D3 protocol?
Love to see a higher free T level but with your shbg and Vit D levels there's really not much chance of that naturally. Main thing is how do you feel?
Next time test E2 sensitive, not estradiol. Your actual E2 is lower than your estradiol level so no issue there.
IGF is about where I'd expect it to be.
Only thing I did not see is cortisol.

Really not bad overall. If you have questions, just ask.

First off thank you for replying thats awesome.

T3 uptake elevated- consume about 200-250g of protien a day, weigh abut 160- when these tests were take 50-60% of that was whey which ive changed to mostly real food now- what does high T3 mean? I googled it for about an hour and couldnt find a real answer- is it something I can fix naturally?

Vitamin D- I actually bought liquid Vitamin D and about a month before this test just drank about a tablespoon of it. A dr told me to do it as it stays in your fat and dissolves over time

Free T3- I feel fine I guess? I sit at a desk most of the day so am usually low on energy in the afternoons, dont really get angry ever...which concerns me....will get depressed/feel blue for a few hours at a time...also my hair is thinning

What would you suggest? Honestly losing my hair is a big issue for me so im afraid to use aas, as silly as that sounds

    thanks again for the help

I don't think I'd worry about your T3 uptake just yet. BW is just a snapshot in time. Just monitor it. You can always research thyroid at:

Stop the Thyroid Madnessâ„¢ - Hypothyroidism and thyroid mistreatment

If you're prone to MPB there's really not a whole lot you can do. Of course certain AAS's can exacerbate it. Your hair's not all going to fall out at once. If you choose to cycle simply follow the Successful First Cycle Sticky Thread at the top of the AAS Forum. There's always a Risk and reward......
