    Morning guys,
A close friend of mine was lead astray by his prep coach. He did extremely well last year in the physique catagory in the UK. Anyway, he was given some strange cycles. Against my advice. He did PCT properly though.

He called me a couple weeks ago and said he had leaky nipples, but only when lightly squeezed. His 'coach' wanted him to just dose arimidex and Caber for 6 months. After some lengthy discussions, I finally got him to agree not to, and to see his Dr for a blood test.

Now this is beyond me, is anyone else able to take a look and offer some suggestions or advice? Sorry it is just an attached photo.

His Dr says everything here is normal. Is that true, and is there anything else they should have checked for?

I wonder what his oxytocin levels are.
The reason I asked is that Patrick Arnold wrote some time ago in his blog that it is possible that lactation while on cycle may be caused by oxytocin, not prolactin. Your friends blood work could possibly support this theory. He speculated this because of cases exactly like your friends. PRL is in range yet lactation is occurring. that and he cited that many times lactation can occur during a cycle where 19-nors are not present.
Tell him to stop playing with his nips asap. That can and does make a big damn difference man. The more stimulation the worse the lactation will get.

His prolactin level may be in range, but it may be elevated for him. Does he have past levels to compare it to by chance?

Jimmy, thank you for the feedback! Long time no speak buddy

He was using Tren in his last cycle, which obviously led to me suggesting the PRL levels could be elevated and getting the bloodtest.
I'll make sure he asks about Oxytocin in the next Dr appointment/test.
