So was at the doctors the other day getting a checkup and bloods. Been suffering from lower back pain, and a few other things from a few years back. Still following me around till this day. decided to request a copy of bloods this time all fine except for hormone panel. Should I be following this up? Or not worry about it.

Really would have been great to have an LH level (Luteinizing Hormone) which will help to show why your T is low. Basically a low LH level indicates a pituitary issue (or suppression thereof) and and high LH level and low T can indicate testicular issues. The only thing I'm seeing here is elevated cortisol, which can suppress LH and testicular production of testosterone . Whether the level you're at will cause that much suppression is a guess at best.
Main things to look for are the LH & FSH levels, then what can suppress them such as thyroid, aforementioned cortisol and prolactin. Head trauma, pathologies and testicular issues (Varicoceles) can also impact production.
How old are you DSS? Height, weight, app BF%?
Take some time and watch this entire video. It explains the process T production takes and how little things can dramatically effect it:

Thanks for the link I'll give it a watch. I'm back for more bloods on Monday will get a LH test done.
27year old 6ft 180lb 15% BF
In the UK and NHS aren't really a great unit to work with. I've had to get my own bloods done to show there is something wrong.
I've been offered pain killers, inflammatory, anxiety meds this list goes on. I've refused all because I'd rather fix the problem than mask it.
Hormones don't seem to be a specialty couple of doctors I went to didn't even realise there was a testosterone panel. Unless I go private.Last edited by DSS; 01-01-2016 at 06:36 PM.

Sorry to hear it's that way over there. Try to get the following:
LH/FSH
Prolactin
Cortisol (prefer 24 hr saliva)
All the above can suppress testosterone . Thyroid can as well but what your showing above doesn't look bad, but it can be deceptive. If this is free for you request the following:
TSH
FT3
FT4
RT3
Antibodies
Your goal is to rule things out, find the issue and correct it.

Why is your blood sugar high?
Are you pre-diabetic?

Video was very informative kelkel thanks. I'll have to watch it a couple of times. A lot of info there.

It is isn't it! Simon posted it a year or more ago and I've kept it in my memory bank. I'd like to see some guys pre-TRT obtain BW via Diagnostechs and post the related pathways chart. Seems like such a great way to go. Like a flowchart for hormones!
Search up Dr. Krupka on Youtube as he's got a bunch of good videos.

How would I go about lower my blood glucose??
Had my diet looked at on here. Been sticking to my macros constantly. I do struggle at keeping my BF low even with my diet in check.
Is there something I can do to fix aspect of my test. Salt/sugar/fat???

You can be predisposed genetically, or if you eat a lot of saturated fat and trans fat you can develop type 2 diabetes.
But im not really an expert in diabetes.
There are a few members here with wonderfull knowledge about it maybe they drop by.

Blood glucose came back still awaiting on cortisol test to come back.
Blood glucose 3-7 mmol/L
4.2mmol/L
As regards to LH/FSH/Prolactin I'm either going to have to wait for a appointment as the doctor has to "approve" testing or pay thru medichecks. I'll probably pay for it because I can't wait on the slow mos at doctors.
