Great bloodwork, cholesterol is great, liver is great. I would try to raise the hemoglobin and hematocrit for better endurance performance with B12, but its on a very healthy level.
Dont have the baselines for the hormones, but everything looks fine. Maybe try to raise the free test with zinc supplementation, and raise the total T with some vitamin D3, but like I said everything is normal.
Next time ask for LH and FSH as well.
