Blood cell, Hemoglobin levels etc, Can you guys tell me if they are good?

These reports are from a friend of mine.
She is a 33 year old female, never touched steroids or anything related and doesn't lift either so in short, just a regular person.

Can you guys tell me if these are in the normal range(healthy)
and what can be done to help her? any medications.
She mostly feels unwell, I know this isn't the right place to ask but she asked for my help because of how much i talk about hormonal levels etc,.

Mild anemia, quite normal in women with "modern" lifestyle. Take some iron, folate and b12 and it will improve.
