3 months Post PCT Blood work, Low Test and E

    Hi All,

After I ended my last PCT I had a large drop off in strength and I always felt tired. I thought it was from my new job stressing me out and not getting enough sleep. well its been 3 months of this feeling like shit and tired all the time. So I went and got blood work done to see what was going on, My Test is low at 314 and my E is 6 which is low. I thought this could be off too because I did the blood work late in the afternoon around 230, and I read that you test drops off about 20-25% throughout the day. Anyway I was about to start another cycle at the end of this month but my question is should I wait and see my levels go up or is it safe to start? Any advice would be appreciated, and my blood work is attached.

I would pull a basic hormone panel first thing in the morning and re-check levels first. That should be after you to find a way to relieve stress as it can also negatively effect hormone levels.

Yea, I will pull a the same panel again, next week first thing in the AM, but I still do feel tired all the time. What would you suggest in my panel comes back low again? Run another PCT? Thanks

I would not bother with cbc and cmp again. Just hormones, LH, FSH, Cortisol, prolactin and a thyroid panel to include TSH, FT3, FT4, RT3 and probably antibodies. These are pretty much the items that will effect T production.....

Ok thanks I will get another test for sure, but what should I be looking for, I was going to just run HCG for a few weeks then take bloods again and see if that helps out at all as I have read that it does.

No. HCG over time is suppressive to LH output. Do the next set of BW then evaluate.

Why do all these labs I am seeing lately not test for E2?
