    PreCycle Low Test High LH

Hi everyone, I am a 26 year old male and just got my precycle blood results back. I am concerned because my test levels came back low with higher than normal LH. (330 Total T, 14.6 LH) I did a bit of research and found that low test and high LH could be indicitive of Primary Hypogonadism. Hoping to get some feedback on what you think I should do. I got blood drawn at 8am.

I don't have any symptoms of low test. Libido is fine, dick works just fine, no fatigue, no decrease in muscle mass or strength. I've actually increased in muscle mass over the past year and a half about 6-8lbs.

I've been lifting consistently for 6 years. When I started I weighed 165, now I weigh 188-190lb. I feel like if my T level was really at 330 I wouldn't be making these gains that I have been making so possibly a misread. Going to do another test this weekend

Proposed cycle is test prop 100mg eod for 8 weeks. First cycle.

    Thanks all

Any history of trauma down there?

It seems the testes are having an hard time secreting test. What I would do is seek an urologist/andrologist and have them checked via ultrasound. Do this before getting on cycle (this is important), but I do suggest you don't cycle at all because the HTPA looks already compromised and may not return to normal function afterward.

Thanks bizzarro for your reply. No no history of trauma to my boys... Do you think it's possible this was a misreading? I mean I really have zero symptoms of low test, feel great everythings working properly and am making steady gains in the gym so I'm just confused

It depends how much time you stay low, perhaps it's just something transitory, symptoms take time to develop, and your free Test, the amount most readily active on your tissues (and mostly important - your brain) might be actually good.

Misreadings are unlikely with nowadays tecnology. Don't worry about but get it checked.

That's the thing. Low test will sneak up on you and you adapt to how you feel. This is coming from someone who was down to a 59 T level and thought I was fine....

Solid advice from Biz as always.

Was that prior to HRT? Surely that was not natural? I am not saying it is or is not, I am just asking to learn.
