Well, I cant find hemoglobin, hematocrit and estradiol, and you should have those. Nothing wrong with having more information (if the cost is acceptable), but not have basics is bad.
You didnt answer what was your concerns, will comment only based on information given.
B12: its not low but I would like it higher, although if I had problems with hematocrit would refrain from supplementing.
Cholesterol: HDL is not too bad, LDL is too high, this can be controlled by diet although many ppl prefer to take pills for it. High LDL is not uncommon on bodybuilding diets, if this value is same in previous bw I would say you it would be better to take some action, at least drop it a bit.
Liver: AST and ALT, they are just a bit elevated, its normal in ppl training specially after 35. If you want to make sure there is not other reasons you need to stop training for a week before bw. Although NAC is great antioxidant it will not do much to lower transaminases.
Total T: if before pinning its a 1770, the next day it would probably be over 2500. IMO it is too high to be a sustainable protocol. You will struggle with your hematocrit and possibily have excessive E2 and DHT, in the long run causing prostate problems.
Kidneys: only marker I see for kidney is creatinine (should have BUN for better evaluation). Creatinine is high but this can be only indicative of you having more muscle mass than the average person. Are the kidneys in higher stress, yes they have to filter more creatinine than the average person. Is this a problem? Hard to say, I have the same problem lol, I always also test BUN and protein in urine for better assessment.
Ferritin: is low suggesting your body iron reserves are low, usually happens when ppl donate too much or have stomach problems which leads to poor iron absorption (hello ppl taking excessive omeprazole). This can lead into problems on the MCH, MCV and MCHC, which do present low values. To supplement iron would be a good idea if you ask me.
Thyroid: TSH is high, but its normal some abnormalities when taking HGH, so its hard to say anything.
The only hormone testes was testosterone ... no estradiol, prolactin, DHT
