Fake gear spotted 6 weeks in. PCT or not. Help needed

Hi all,
i would highly appreciate some feedback. I started a 10 week cycle of 500mg Test C a week 2x250 from week 1-10 and 50mg winstrol week 5-10, taking 500IU HCG -2x250 a week and 12,5 aromasin ED. Mid cycle i did Blood work and found my Test level is 575ng/dL - one day after 250mg Test shot at week 6. According to test results everything is in absolute range like i am not on gear at all but just a normal person. Now i am wondering how to proceed. Should I ran a PCT anyway, or I can order some legit gear( i know good source now) and start a new cycle . It would take 2-3 weeks to get my new gear. Here are my test 6 weeks in!

Go beat the fvck out of your supplier, after you get a refund of course.

Thank you. I would re-check in 2 weeks as Marcus G suggested and if everything's the same I'll keep my PCT gear which is legit for the real cycle.
