7 week blood test first cycle Test Cyp

Hello, I got a blood test done last week (7 weeks into the cycle) and here are my results. I'm using 200mg/wk divided into 2 pins a week Monday and Thursdays. Only doing Test Cypionate. Blood was taken the very next day after my shot. Is there anything that I should be extremely concern with and how can I resolve it. Thanks

You need to donate blood.
I'm assuming this is UGL gear, correct? I say this as your TT level should be much higher. Particularly the day after injection when you should be peaked.

Example, my TRT protocol at 60-70 mgs x 2 per week will keep me anywhere from 1200-1500 TT.
