What do you think of these levels? Never done any steroids whatsoever. Consider my diet pretty healthy.

    I'm early 30s. 175lbs (80KG) 5'11

What's the reference rages? E2 seems a little high and FSH appears very low. Do you have any gyno?

they're all within reference range from the lab, but that doesn't really mean shit?

No gyno.. i haven't started a cycle yet lol.

i'm getting the E2 sensitive test as well, waiting on results, apparently more accurate for E2...

    FSH range on results say 1 - 8 IU/L

You don't need to be on a cycle to get gyno. You should also get your Spem count checked. Reference ranges are needed to establish how high or low each test result is. Bear in mind that reference ranges change for different labs so it would be helpful for you to display them...

    Testosterone 351 ng/dL (12.2 nmol/L)
    Reference Range: 6 - 28 nmol/L

    Free Testosterone 22.5 ng/dL (290 pmol/L)
    Reference Range: 200 - 600 pmol/L

    SHBG 691 ng/dL (24 nmol/L)
    Reference Range: 15 - 50 nmol/L

    Follicle Stimulating Hormone 1 IU/L
    Reference Range: 1 - 8 IU/L

    Luteinizing Hormone 3 IU/L
    Reference Range: 2 - 8 IU/L

    Oestradiol 8.8ng/dL (114 pmol/L)
    Reference Range: < 150

Providing it's a quality lab, all labs should theoretically come back with the same result if they all tested from the same sample of blood?

I wouldn't say i have any signs of gyno, not that i'm aware of anyway...

    What makes you think that?

One thing i will say, 3 weeks prior to this blood test i had other blood work done, and one of those tests was for Total Testosterone as well which came back
    Total Testosterone: 21.0 nmol/L (Ref Range: 10 - 35)

That blood was taken first thing in the morning, where as my most recent results that came back as Testosterone 351 ng/dL (12.2 nmol/L), that was from blood taken in the afternoon... when i asked about the significant discrepancy between the two results, potential reason could be the body naturally having more testosterone as you wake up than you do throughout the day...

While they were different pathology labs, they're both quality reputable ones.

I dunno, is it normal for testosterone levels to drop 40%+ throughout the day? I guess i should look into that one a bit more eh.

You got virtually nil activity from your pituitary.

But it is within the lowest range, so do another couple of tests and see if it stays tat way. If it does, I'd check sperm function as suggested.

Never done a cycle or used PHs?

Never done a cycle or prohormones, nothing of the kind...

Got these bloods done as i was looking at starting a cycle within the next few weeks.

Would have considered myself pretty healthy, so i think anyway..

Well, one shouldn't go nuts by just one blood test.
Your test was fine, so might just be normal fluctuations.
I'd just retest down the line.
And I'd do it before I jumped on a cycle if I was you.

okay so i get another test done in 3 weeks,

results are the same, investigate further, get sperm count?
if results are higher, then consider it normal fluctuation and carry on?

It's common for sperm count to be low when these values are also low. If the retest comes back the same and sperm count is okay then this could well be normal values for you.

True, my bad. I think i was comparing my Free Test with other websites, such as this one elitemensguide dot com/testosterone-levels-by-age/ (i can't post actual URL due to forum spam protection)

Furthermore, i've been under a lot of stress with work lately... i wonder if this could have any impact on my levels?

Stress can lower Testosterone aswell as not getting enough sleep but it doesn't make a huge difference
