Hello,
I'm on week 7 out of 10 of my first cycle. Been weekly taking 500mg Test C, 500 iu HCG. Adex 0.25mg EOD.
Pre cycle Blood:
All values normal range.
Testosterone, Serum 833
LH 5.6
FSH 8.0
Estradiol 39.5
Blood during cycle:
Values outside normal range:
AST (SGOT) 42
ALT (SGPT) 54
Testosterone, Total, LC/MS 2338
Free Testosterone (Direct) >50.0
LH 0.2
FSH 0.5
Estradiol <6.0
Any feedback or input is highly appreciated!
My E2 now on cycle is literally rock bottom. I'll stop Adex immediately, even though I've only ben taking 0.25 mg per day (and yes, I use a pill cutter and cut a 1mg pill into 4 pieces).
I suspect the low E2 has been holding back my gains too.
Also, there hasn't been any issues with libido.
Any other suggestions?
Are you taking adex EOD or ED? I ask as you cite both methods. EOD "should" be fine. ED it to much for most.
I would think your Total T would be higher. Is this UGL gear?
You tested standard estradiol which is not the correct test. It needs to be a Sensitive E2 Assay next time if possible. But yes, your E is probably low as standard estradiol tends to read higher (incorrectly) in men.
No need to test LH/FSH when on cycle as they shut down. Post pct test them.
Did you test CBC's? If not, I'd probably donate blood to be safe.
It is good to see you using all the proper ancillaries. NAC is always a good addition to cycles as well.
I would suggest you continue your cycle for 12 weeks if possible.

Adex 0.25mg EOD (I've been taking it since my first T shot). I've been feeling pretty tired, and some minor pain in joints. After some research these appear to be common symptoms from low E2. I've dropped Adex since 6 days, and starting to feel better.
I did test CBC. Everything in normal ranges.
Gear is UGL, but from a source that seems to have good reputation.
I've been taking 600*2 mg NAC a day since I started the cycle.

Ok. After a week I'd start back on the adex but only on the day of injections and see how you do. Gear could be slightly under-dosed therefore normal eod adex ends up being to much. Like I said in my first post, I think your total T should be a bit higher, imho.

Also, it may be worth to mention that I got my bloodwork in the morning, around 70 hrs after last injection of 250 mg test C.
