Please Help Have been Sick for 9 days No end in sight

I have been on test e cycle for 8 weeks have gone to doctor, got tested for flu, strep throat, her tests came up negative. Have very swollen lymph nodes in throat, sweating profusely every night drenching sheets i keep changing. And high fever and weakness. Sore throat but no coughing really.

She wanted to do a blood tests but of course i said no. Blaimed it on because Im self pay. She gave me penecillin and it hasnt done shit. Now i know people are dying over the flu around here a 27 year old PT just died from it. What do I do? If they find out im juicin wont it go on some record and fuck up my insurance forever (when i eventually get it)?

What the hell should i do? Also continue or stop injects? Only running 450 per week test e
