Can't figure out which blood tests to order

I can't figure out which tests to get for pre, mid and post cycle BW. There are a ton of different options and a pretty large gap in $ between the different tests. Trying to research on the forum and on the PMD website is pretty overwhelming.

For context, I'll be running Test E 500/week, which I plan on starting in mid-September. This is my second time around the block, my first time being about a decade ago when I was in college and didn't know what I was doing. I want to do it right this time, so I'm getting my all my ducks in a row and this has been the most confusing part of the planning process so far.

What is the best test to get that will give me the readings I need at each stage and is also the most cost effective? I'm assuming everyone is not running a full hormone panel 3x for each cycle for 176 a pop on PMD, but maybe I'm making a bad assumption. Is there a way to customize the panel? Thyroid (I think?)
Lipids
Cholesterol
RBC
Hematocrit
Prolactin
Not bloodwork but Blood Pressure you could also check,.

You want to be consistent in the bloodwork so you can compare apples to apples. This means the same tests, done on the same day of the week.
