    Pre Cycle Bloodwork

I am 24 years old. Started cycling at 18. Now I have been off for 3 years and plan continue with next cycle. I have done pre cycle bloodwork and here I am posting results. I did those through private laband their, doc told me my testosterone levels might be bit concerning.

I am 5'10" and ~200 pounds ~10%bf my best guess. I have been dieting down since late spring and currently started reverse dieting up. Doc in the private lab said my results of testosterone are on the lower side. Are those something to be concerned about or is it just because of dieting?

Please have a look and let me know what you think about results?

It doesn’t surprise me, you have been cycling since 18.

You are still young but like I said , it’s not something I’m surprised by.
Obviously you can’t change your past but yeah dude.

I wish I had some advice , you may have to be on TRT.

That’s the reality of the game

Is it that bad from the results? I' ve rad studies documenting decreased tst secretion while increased levels of SHBG during calorie restricted diets. I accept the responsibility for early cycling and potential consequences, however I never noticed any hypogonodal-like symptoms. Erection works, energy is high and I am still able work hard and maintain muscles despite eating ~180g protein, ~120g carbs and ~50g fat

You should get Estrogen checked along with all the blood values and lipids. The free testosterone level is a pretty big flag.

I did general bloods few months ago. I am posting them here but not sure how much you will understand. But I see no lipids there.

What I am currently doing is reverse dieting up to maintenance level. After couple weeks eating maintenance I will do bloods again. This time I will go for sensitive estrogen panel, testo and other important stuff. I suspect I am dieting too hard and working out too much which could have an impact on the test levels.

Anyway guys I really DO appreciate your input. I sincerely hope I am just a bit overtrained and under feeded but I acknowledge the fact i might screwed up cycling early. It wes the path I chosen myself, nobody forced me to do that and I might as well have to eat the shit.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do or for what specific tests I should go after.
