My blood work
Hi,
I've got a meet in 14 weeks, about to start blasting again. Wanted an educated opinion on my most recent bloods.
I cruise on 175mg Test E, and have been doing so for a couple years, I usually only compete once per year
sometimes twice, that's the only time I blast. I had my bloods done 8 days after my last pin and the previous results,
are when I was tapering down from a blast.

Do you have the units or reference ranges? Testosterone usually measured in ng/dL which cannot be the case here. Looks like hemoglobin is off by a factor of 10 and a few other other measurements as well.

Not sure your actual question. You can't really compare when on supraphysiologic doses to a TRT dose. You tested 8 days after your last pin so yes, your T level will be low. Test peaks in 24 hrs or so and has a half life of 5-7 days metabolism dependent. It's why most advanced TRT-ers cut their dose in half and inject every 3.5 days or so. I'd encourage you to do so as well.
Keep an eye on your hematocrit.
Waste of time testing LH/FSH when on exogenous testosterone as it will always be almost zeroed out due to being shut down.
SHBG is low. Test can push it down but some people naturally run low. It will result in a higher FT level. Keep an eye on this though and google it. Also look at metabolic syndrome.

1. Blood work 8 day's after 175mg of Test E would mean you should have about 50 mg of Test in your system which should put you at the low end of normal with you are
2. For as long as you been on Test your FSH and LH should be close to 0 (which it is)
Kelkel above is the expert but after years of TRT you look normal to me. If you want to feel better take your Test E more often and add some Proviron . If you hematocrite gets too high donate some blood. In the end it is a lot about how you feel just as much as it is about the numbers. Good luck.

I didn't ask for LH/FSH I figured it would be shut down, the doc just gave me the same panel I had done previously. I gave blood the following week cause I was worried about my hematocrit.
I plan to move country in a year to 18 months, which means I'll need to get off completely. I have PCT and HCG to run so I hope I'll be fine, I figure it will be a long recovery to get back to natty levels as I'm not sure how long before I find a new source.
If I can't after a couple months I'll get my bloods done and if shit is wack I'll get sent to an endo and jump on pharma TRT I guess.
