Cruise bloodwork results

Hey guys here is some bloodwork. Give me some pointers.

I got it taken after a night of pretty good drinking so I believe liver levels are due to that.

Also my estrogen may be too low? But it’s not the sensitive test.

That hemocrit though. Should I give blood?

Right now I’m about 35 days off a blast.

Currently doing 300mg test E per week and .25mg adex per night. Looking at getting my bloods balanced and blasting with tren ace from now on.

I consider myself Gyno prone so I much rather keep my estrogen on the low end.

Also I realize that I’m not taking a TRT dose. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks

You would probably get better answers in the cycle q&a section rather than here ..
Anyway, you could donate blood now since when you add the tren your hemoglobin/hematrocirt will most likely rise even higher than before

I don't think the high reading on ALT/AST is really a concern but if it goes above 85-100 might be time to stop
Also add in NAC or cycle support herbs, I take that daily


If the low E2 doesn't bother you than don't worry about it, I usually keep mine around 18-22pg/ml ..

Your RBC are fine right now. Remember, they're supposed to go up on cycle. It's normal. It won't hurt go give blood though but you're really not in any danger until you hit 55+, imho.

Your liver values are just fine. Simply working out (muscular trauma) can cause supraphysiologic levels that can last up to 10 days. No worries here but like edge said, always good and healthy to take nac, tudca, udca or similar. Nac in a higher dose will even help with your cholesterol.

E2 is to low. No way do you need .25 dex per day. Eventually you may crash your E if you haven't already as standard estradiol reads higher in men so your actual level may be lower. If gyno prone why not try running 10 mgs nolva daily on cycle and either leave the AI out completely or greatly reduce the dose.

Don't waste money pulling LH/FSH values on cycle as they will always be shut down on cycle.

I’ve been avoiding running tamoxifen because I heard it was pretty bad for you compared to just running AI. I will lower the adex dose and retest soon. I’m hearing a lot of about having E2 at 22 so I’ll try to pull into that and see how I feel.

I am concerned about my cholesterol. Need to get it tested and I will look into the NAC. I take about 2g of fish oil/day but I doubt that cuts it.

Also my wife is wondering if I am sterile with FSH/LH levels that low? We already have all the kids we want, so that would be a positive.

Nolva is no worse than adex is. Internet dogma actually.
Don't get hung up on a number for E2. Most will do better with higher E2 levels than lower. Higher will also promote better GH and IGF-1 levels as well.
Fish oil is great and will help with triglycerides. NAC will help with improving HDL values (read link below) and so will Slo-Niacin or Endur-Acin.

Probably not completely sterile as all is takes is one little swimmer to make it upstream. But obviously odds are much less than normal.

Got my lipids checked via finger prick.
Total Cholesterol= 123
HDL= 17
LDL= 99
HLD/LDL Ratio= 7.4
Tryglicerides = 52

I got a huge lecture about making healthier eating choices lol. They also told me that I was Obese at 210lbs 15% BF and said I need to lose weight XD

Anyways what do I do to help these numbers. Currently on 60mg Tren A ED, 300mg Test E/week, and .15mg Adex ED

Drop the tren. Tren is horrible for HDL. Other than that eat healthy and initiate some of the supps I mentioned above. I forgot that you asked about your LH/FSH being so low. If you were on cycle when the BW was pulled then it's normal to have it bottomed out. If you were only off cycle for 35 days, did no pct and pulled the BW then it would not suprise me that those levels are still that low. Without the "jump-start" of pct meds it can take a while for your HPTA to begin to function.

Thanks for your reply. FYI I feel so much better after reducing the ai. (not sure if its a good time to re-test until I'm done with tren)

I decided to switch to a blast and cruise protocol with the eventuality of going on TRT last summer and have been researching the correct way to do this, but there is so much different bro science that I don't know what to listen to. I have thought long and hard and talked to my wife about the decision to stay on.

I was asking about the LH and FSH because eventually I will become sterile, which is a positive benefit of B&C. We have already had all of the children that we want.

I understand PCT and HPTA functions. I completed a regular 12 week cycle with just high test, dropped to a cruise dose of 300/wk for 4 weeks then added in tren along with the cruise dose. I was never totally off test. I completed the BW after about 35 days of 300mg/week.


Ive been taking 100mg niacin for over a week now. (should I take more? - Actually after looking at the study you posted, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8108311 ,I obviously should)

I also get 90% of my daily fat from oats, almonds, a little olive oil

I am currently 205lb eating about 200-230g protein/60-80g fat per day with the rest filled with carbs up to my calorie goal (2500 which is a deficit of about 5-700 depending on the day). Is it possible that there isn't enough fat in my diet?

I really don't want to drop tren permanently because it's been so good to me otherwise.

So I got some no flush niacin to take along with the niacin that's included in my multi.

After doing a little googling I have realized that the no flush form is crap.

I also read that the extended release will stress your liver so I am going for the immediate release..

I'm a fan of the NOW supplements.

Lot's of BB'ers got their other halves pregnant thinking they were sterile. Don't fall into that trap. Just get a vasectomy on a Friday, sit around and rest for the weekend and you're good to go Monday.

Re-read the link above from Life Extension Foundation. Most all my supps are NOW brand except for Niacin. I'm not a fan of the "flush" from immediate release niacin. Also, the liver stress thing is way over-rated.

Updates blood work. Currently off Tren ace and cruising for 4 weeks.

190lbs
15%bf
300mg test E (split Saturday/Tuesday)
.15mg adex ED
10mg tamoxifen ED

Lowering adex dramatically and adding in tamoxifen (helps gyno anxiety) took e2 from 11 to 17.

Should I lower a little more to get close to that magic 22? I’ve been getting a lot more acne and I don’t really feel all the great like I was on blast.

Pointers appreciated. :)


EDIT- I’m going to lower adex dose to .05mg/day and see what happens.

I’m going to crush up 1mg pills and put into alcohol at a 1mg/10ml strength and take .5ml/day.

10ml = 1.0 mg
.5ml = .05mg

I’m splitting 1 pill into 20 doses
What was that about overthing estrogen? LOL

I’ll wait a few weeks and blood test 1 final time before likely removing it completely.
