How long after pct did you get this blood work done?
    What was your clomid protocol?
    Total T is low normal.
Free T is low and that is what works for us. Free T is always more important than total T.

Ok, if the blood work was just recent then your levels are probably pretty stable. Your total T is not horrible it's just your free T is lower than we like. It is probably due to having a higher SHBG value but only further blood work would confirm that possibility.

If blood work is easy accessible for you then I'd be interested in seeing a full thyroid panel as well as shbg. In the meantime eat healthy, sleep well, maybe add in some D3 as it can improve your Free T by virtue of decreasing shbg slightly. It's not a miracle but anything helps. If you can test your D3 first do so. it's a fat soluble vitamin so you don't want to over-do it but most people in N. America (no clue where you are) can easily take 5K IU's per day without issue.

You can try another round of serms (nolva/clomid combined this time) if you choose to. Whether it ultimately elevates your endogenous T level after cessation of use remains to be seen. It may or may not. HCG I would not advise at this time as over time it's suppressive to LH/FSH function which is the opposite of what you want.

There's never a guarantee that T levels will stay stable. Cycling is always a risk.
