First, exactly what are you cruising on?
Your liver values are elevated but know that muscular trauma (working out) can send them to supraphysiological levels. For a real value you'd need to take a week or so off from working out to establish baselines. Good thing to do now and then actually, time bloodwork around a break from lifting. Get some NAC and stay on it. It's an extremely healthy supp to take and in your shoes I'd take about 3600 per day, which will also help with HDL. Lower it accordingly as time goes on and anabolics change.

SHBG is low but that's quite normal when on cycle or cruising. Simply testosterone itself is one of the quickest ways to push shbg down. When your T level lowers it will rise. You're ok.

Prolactin a but higher then I'd like to see. Assume you are or at least were running deca or similar. Prolactin follows E2. E2 rises prolactin "can" follow. Since you can't find caber you could always try B6 at a higher dose and see if it helps you.

    Thank you so much kelkel

I’m just cruising on 1ml (250mg) of test enanthate as I don’t like to try use least amount possible while cruising.

I have 12 bottles of NAC that I just ordered and I will be taking them at the dose you suggested. I will also take a week and a half break and get bloods done again to check where my bloods for liver are at again.

With my e2 levels, what dose would you reccomend for this with aromasin as I have 3 boxes to help me

I finished my blast 2 and a half weeks ago so I can understand why my bloods are a little shot

Nac is a healthy item to take year round. Normally I'd suggest 6-1200 per day. If orals are used I'd double it. In your case I'd start at the aforementioned 3600 for a few weeks and then roll it back.

Below is an article regarding liver values and muscular trauma:

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2291230/

Re aromasin I wouldn't suggest any. Obviously you're not gyno prone and you didn't mention libido issues either so don't use any. Your level will be coming down on it's own. Estrogen is anabolic so leave it be unless as referenced above, you have gyno or libido issues.

    Remember to try B-6.

If I can make a suggestion to help you cholesterol I would take fish oil, Q10, Vitamin D and red yeast rice. I take it an hour before bed and it’s done wonders for my cholesterol

Very true! I did a detailed thread on those items some years back. You may find it interesting:
