[Feedback Req] Cardarine improved my cholesterol, but threw a few other things off
Hey everyone,
I'm wondering if high triglycerides and high VLDL Cholesterol Cal are anything to worry about?
I used the following for 30 days to help my cholesterol and liver values after some blood work:
- Liquid Cardarine (GW-501516) 20 mg/ed
- Choline and Inositol 6000 mg/ed
Test 1:
- AST - 124 HIGH (0-40)
- ALT - 96 HIGH (0-44)
- HDL - 37 LOW (<39)
- LDL - 132 HIGH (0-99)
- Triglycerides - 118 NORMAL (0-149)
- VLDL Cholesterol Cal - 24 NORMAL (5-40)
Test 2 (post cardarine & choline):
- AST - 25 NORMAL (0-40)
- ALT - 21 NORMAL (0-44)
- HDL - 40 NORMAL (<39)
- LDL - 83 NORMAL (0-99)
- Triglycerides - 271 HIGH (0-149)
- VLDL Cholesterol Cal - 54 HIGH (5-40)
Questions:
- Are the high triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol cal in test 2 something I should worry about?
- Are the values in test 1 out of range enough that you would have worried about them?
- Would you run cardarine to keep cholesterol in check, given the results of test 2?
TRT Protocol:
- 140 mg week test cyp (split into 2 injections)
- 0.25 adex (2x weekly)
I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
