    How do I get my own blood work done?

    I seen there are some options to get your blood work done through Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp, but is there a way to get my own custom requisition done? Something like below:

    CBC (INCLUDES DIFF/PLT)
    COMPREHENSIVE METABOLIC PANEL W/EGFR
    GGT
    IRON, TOTAL
    LIPID PANEL (CHOL, HDL-CHOL, LDL-CHOL, TGL)
    PHOSPHATE (AS PHOSPHORUS)
    PSA, TOTAL
    TESTOSTERONE , FREE AND TOTAL, LC/MS/MS
    TSH
    URIC ACID
    DHEA SULFATE, IMMUNOASSAY
    IGF-I, ELECTROCHEMILUMINESCENCE
    ESTRADIOL, REBASELINE
