Creatine 1 scoop before tarining
I just had Creatinine results higher than pre cycle level
Pre cycle 1.0 mg/dl
On cycle 1.3 mg/dl
Anyone has similar experience?
Should I stop my supplement(vitamin and fish oil) or creatine?
or It's normal on cycle?
